EB2 - 140 approved

Hi,

Just now I got an email from USCIS that my 140 is approved. Mine is substitute labor.

Please update the tracker.

LUD changed 2 times in last 2 days??

LUD on my 485 changed 2 times in last 2 days. No change in message, but the FP results received date in both the messages are different

LUD changed on 22nd Nov with message:

On [highlight]November 20, 2004[/highlight], the results of your fingerprint review for your I485
Application .........

LUD changed on 23rd Nov with message:

On [highlight]November 22, 2004[/highlight], the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application .....

Not sure what that means ....

For mariajohn's question, my labor is from NY, I do not think the state and the Labor approval date related to the approval of I-140.

Like you, I also got a RFE on photos for EAD and AP. I got it 10/8 and replied on 10/21. Till now I have not got any reply.

Did you raise any case check with VSC? When did you reply for your RFE?

RFE Replied: 11/5/04

RFE about:
Educational Evaluation
Past two years experience letters( from the date my labor is filed)

whether your education/experience credentials are suitable for the job mentioned on labor

whether your company has the ability to pay you the salary they mentioned on labor certification

Not sure about rmandiga, but I did not receive any emails for LUD changes.

LUD changed but no emails recieved.

Damn... This is highly tense time... All my hormones are at peak ... :( :(
