My 140 apporved today.

EB3 Concurrent filing, Sub Labor
I-765 RD - 7/19/04, APPROVED 8/16/04
I-131 RD - 7/19/04, APPROVED 8/17/04
I140 RD - 7/19/04, APPROVED 10/12/04
I485 RD - 7/19/04 ???

Can someone update it.

I would like to share the good news with you.My 140 is approved today.Can some one update the tracker.

Right now the processing date that you see for 485 is based on the ND. Once dates retrogress(implying that quota is over), the 485 processing will be done based on priority date(obviously - people who are waiting longer should get the green card first). Hope this helps.
 
Hi,

Today a RFE was raised for my son's AP. My question is - Is there a way to find out the reason of the RFE or do I have to wait till I/my lawyer get the RFE letter from USCIS.

The forum itself is generic but this particular thread is purely for Tracking Processing Times in Vermont Service Center for 140/485/Advance Parole/EAD/Finger Prints for year 2004.

Probably you would have got answer to your question by now, if you haven't, cut-off date applies to 485 only .. it won’t affect processing of 140.. 140 would be processed as usual .. then one has to wait for their turn for 485 processing if his/her priority date is after the cut-off date.
 
Inquired about receipt notice on the phone with USCIS a week ago and today recieved reciept notice for I-485.

FP notice received -- update my tracker

Received my FP notice today for me and my wife. FP should be done by NOV-15.

EAD/AP : AD 09/20/2004

I485 : LUD 09/08/2004
FP Notice : ??

I have not received any FP notice so far , I have noticed in California people get FP notice with in a month of filing , is it done differently in Vermont.Or is it because I am based in California and my company falls under Vermont region .
 
I-140 Approval received after APPELLATE BODY REVIEW

Hi all.

My I-140 status showed the (now popular) update of "After approval we forwarded to appellate body for review" on Oct 5th and the LUD changed again on Oct 6th.

Today my employer received the actual approval. It took 8 days to receive the actual approval in hand. So one less worry for me now. The online update still shows the "Appellate body" message.

I believe KAMVP also was waiting for the approval like me..Did you get it yet? If not give it a couple of days...You will get it..

Which category did you apply in ? (EB1/EB2/EB3)
 
RFE on 140

LUD changed on 10/08. Still no change in status message. My employer received an RFE today regarding ability to pay. My RD is 3/26/04 and it is EB3.

I've masters(12+6 year) and I'm eligible for filing the same in EB2 category too. Is it ok to reply to RFE and also file another 140 & 485 using the same labor in EB2 category? Please advise.
 
Hey Chutney Gc,

I have the reverse situation.
I live in Philadelphia and my company is based in CA.
We filled the 140/485 in CA , they sent it back and asked to file in VT.
