Folks,

140 is filed by the employer and as far as i know, they retain the receipt . I140 is really an employer's petition and they hold the right to retain the receipt. one generally gets the 485/756/AP receipts ...

Even in my case, I did not receive the 140 receipt and my 140 got approved recently :cool:

no updates on my i140 application even after LUD changes, what may be the problem gys?

I asked my lawyer, he says he has not received any RFE nor Approval yet.

My LUD got changed on 9/27/2004 and for 485 9/29/2004.

Whats going ? any ideas?

Anyone of you please let me know.

Who gets RFE - Lawyer or me???

I had a status change for my case as well as my wife's case. Does RFE goes to the lawyer or comes to me. Anyone who got RFE before please let me know.

If you have filled G-28 with your lawyer for 485 - he/she will get RFE, else you will get it.
 
After looking Xls sheet, There is no AP/EAD approval recently. Please update your approval date, If any for EAD/AP.

AP and EAD address, Fee and correct form - urgent!!

AP and EAD Vermont address

Can anybody tell me the correct address to mail and fee and form: I 131 (advance Parole) and 1 765(EAD) for Vermont center.

This is just to make sure I'm sending to correct address with correct fee and form. This is my second application. First one was filed by attorney.

That depends on what you mean by recent. My EAD/AP was approved on 10/1 and 10/4 and those are updated in the xls sheet.

On the positive side, your case seems to be following the FOM. You may be the lucky guy to get both processed around the same time frame.
Hang in there, news might be on the way soon.

Does it mean that they are randomly picking a few EB3 cases and doing it FOM way?
