Congrats and Welcome. I am a victim of that NY Labor. Someone in the Whitehouse thought they have to give Illegal Immigrants first preference and people like us got hammered.

Luckily or unluckily, fate forced me out of NY and I had to refile for Labor from CT.

UPDATE:
Please move me from EB3 to EB2. I just got a FAX of 140 receipt notice.

Will this affect 140 approval, because I have 9 years in the Industry but no Masters Degree? 7.5 years of that is in the US.

Hi Friends,

My I140 got approved on September 19th 2004.
EB3 - Labor substitute

RD - 2/9/2004
1st LUD - 7/30/2004
2nd LUD - 8/02/2004
RFE - 8/11/2004 (for my W2's & tax returns of 2002 & 2003)
RFE Resp - 8/24/2004
Approved - 9/19/2004

amazingly fast I140 approvals

I track I140's for EAC04266 (nd 29th sept). In 15-17 days, VSC has approved 13 cases. I wonder who are these lucky people. You think they are EB1 cases?

Please share your LUD pattern and either approval or RFE. My LUD changed recently on two consecutive working days(please see my signature file) but no change in the message. What should I expect - approval/rfe based on your LUD patterns?

Hi there,

LUD's got changed for my i140 & 485 application too but no change in message till date. The dates got changed on 9/29/2004, EB3, Vermont.

I am not sure whats really going on. Lets wait and see
 
Hi Gurus there

Please shed some light here for my doubts:

1.If I qualify for EB2 can I able to appy two petitions simultaneously for EB2 (I140/I485/EAD/AP ) and EB3 (140/485/EAD/AP ) at same service center?

2. If it is possible to apply, will it be any problem to apply like this?

Thanks for your reply. I saw your history. If it is approved in both EB2 and EB3 category, then what you will do?
 
In my case, both of them have been already approved... Don't know what effect (+ve or -ve or nothing) this would have on the 485 processing...

This was the message :
This case has been approved. On October 18, 2004, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

DO YOU THINK AFTER THIS IT WILL GO FOR REVIEW AND ALL OTHER PROCESS LIKE FOR SOME PEOPLE IT WAS GOING????
ANY ONE COMMENTS?????
