2004 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

Please update my information -EAD approval!!!

My wife and my EADs have been approved as of Sep 27, 2004. I got the email about approval notice from USCIS.
They ordered new cards for me and my wife.
We're so happy becasue it's been a long long time to hear the good news. :)

I don't know exact ND of my case because I havn't got the receipt mail. RD is Sep. 10, 2004. Is there anybody who knows how long it's gonna take to get a receipt from USCIS?

Excellent thread for 2004 concurrent filers! Keep it up guys. I have been tracking this thread regularly. I couldn't resist logging in and posting my history. Going slow and steady. Someone could please update my dates in the worksheet.

my case is also similar to you. My I140 - ND is 4/26/04 and Labor PD is in 1999.
Did you have any LUD changes before getting the approval? Did you receive an email from USCIS
with your approval or your lawyer/employer received it first?
You mentioned 9/15 as the AD - when did you find out about the approval?

Yes. LUD changed for two days(Sep 13th and Sep 14th) in row and no LUD change on thirdday. On Fouth day(Sept 16th) early morning I saw email(I don't know when I got this) in my inbox from USCIS saying that my 1-140 approved on Sep 15th.

They issued RFE ability to Pay for my I-140 Application on September 7th.
My lawyer is preparing the reply.
