I140 approved!!!-Please update tracker

checked mail and online status-- my 140 filed with ND march 22 2004 has been approved!!Mine was a EB3 labor sub case and was bracing for delays and RFEs...but it has been great!!!
Applied for 485 in July and got EAD and AP..
Considering that in March this year I was in ground zero of GC process, I have to say I am breathing a sigh of relief.
Someone please update tracker with my info...

Please update the Tracker

Hi,

My EAD approved on 13th August and AP approved today. Please update the tracker.
I got RFE asking to send the copies of my ID and first page of my Passport. Not sure when the RFE was issued bcoz the online message wasn't changed and also couldn't get the info from my attorney, but, RFE was responded on 30th July.

What is the cut-off date / criteria for takiing up cases as per FOM? My case was filed on 4/13/04. Will it also be taken as per FOM? Any ideas/info.? 140 not approved yet

Regards,
Ajay

May be/ May be not. It depends on your luck.

Regarding the cut-off date, some say it goes into effect upon signing. Others says concurrent case filled after 30 APR'04 will be taken up for FOM.

There seems to be no concensus as to when and for whom FOM goes into effect.
