- Applied re-entry permit (valid Oct '10). Left US Nov 08. addr chg notified frm Chicago, IL to McLean, VA where my brother stays. Married Dec 08
- intention of moving back to US, husband currently located in S'pore trying for lateral move to US
- visits to US in less than 6 months to satisfy physical & continuous residence
- subsequent visits to US April '09, Oct '09
- stay each visit follwg Nov, 08 to VA brief (a wk) each time
- filing taxes, maintaining bank accts at new addr in VA. missed updating drivers licence addr (still Chicago)
- completed GC 5 yrs want to apply for naturalization
- After having notified the addr chg since Dec 2008 to present with short visits (physical stay) to new addr Do, I satisfy the 3 mth residency criteria?
