looks like it sucks to be in EB2 rightnow.....but atleast EB3 is getting thru..so can't complaint.

How come this 140 is approved?

Guys how come this I-140 is approved. I was generally scanning. As per Vermont, this is ND should have been April 20 or so. This case is approved on June 17th.

Just before I received following mail from USCIS,

Application Type: I765 , APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION
Current Status:
On August 16, 2004, after approving your application, we ordered you a
new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

I140/485/765/131-RD-06/15--ND-06/21
131-AD-08/06
765-AD-08/16
485-LUD-08/02
140-No LUD.
Feeling relax some what....

Hey Congrats - may be they will pick up mine. Did you see any LUD on the 765 before today's approval??

Could you plz confirm that yours is indeed filed under EB2 category?

If so, am sure this will bring huge relief to EB2'ers given that your ND is in May'04

Was yours a labor substitute ?? Any RFEs ?? What field of work is your 140 in ?? Anything unusual about your case that resulted in 140 approval ?? Everybody has been waiting since long to see a EB2 approval .. any further information would help us derive some inference out of you case ..

My 140 was approved on Aug 11 , Today I observed that last updated date has been updated to 17th August i.e today ?

Can any one tell me what this implies ....
