In july we applied for I-140 and I-485. From sept 1st we are moving to different location. Could you please tell me how to inform address change to INS. Shall I fax it to INS?

Wait time for I140/485/765/131 receipt date?

Hi Everybody,
I am new to this forum. Could anybody let me know the wait time for Receipt date of 140/485/765/131? . My attorney told me that he mailed my documents on August 11th 2004. I appreciate your help.

140/485/765/131 concurrent EB3 Mailed on 08/11/2004.

My husbands EAD has a reciept date of April 13th 2004. Todya i got an email from BCIS with this message

On August 12, 2004, we responded to your request for more information
concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30
days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.


What does this mean. Is this a message for us having called BCIS for status , or the local office asking for information or an RFE????

Please advise

As per law you must inform USCIS in 10 days. Fill form Ar11 separate for every person including your wife and children which you can download from USCIS website.

Aslo call Customer number which is written on your reciepts and talk to representative and tell them your new address and all receipt numbers for every person.

LUD changed but no chane in Status

I've filed in concurrent EB3 with RD 03/26/2004. LUD for my I140 and I485 changed on 08/12/2004. But so far I have not received any email. Even online I do not see any change in Current Status for 140/485. Any idea what is going on?

Donno if its a mere coincidence or what but most of the active threads/postings today are regarding LUD changing for 140/485 though not without a status msg - Perhaps FOM in action????

Something cooking in VSC ???????

I think it is mostly FOM. You should start getting FP notices soon. Good luck

Hi everybody,

Today our (mine and wife's) APs are approved according to the USCIS mail.

VSC - I140/I485/EAD/AP - Concurrent/EB3.
RD : 07/16/04 ( for all applications)
ND : 07/23/04 ( for all applications)

Our EAD's Approved on 08/12/04
Our AP's Approved on 08/20/04.

All other applications last update date is 07/28/04.
 
I-140 approval - pls update tracker

Today is my day to share the great news with you. My I-140 was approved today!!! I literally could not believe it and I had to check the UCSIS website 3 x before the news sunk in. Here are the details of my case:

EB3 I-140 RD: 6/28/2004 AD: 8/20/2004, opted for consular processing
LC RIR

I am a healthcare worker (non-nurse, non-physician). I work for a big non-profit company. There should have been no question on my educational equivalence (and indeed I received no RFE), 4-yr BSc, 2-yr MSc degree in the field + 9-years experience.

I sincerely hope for the rest of you who are still waiting that your good news will come soon. Thank you.

We have an identical situation as even my case is of labor sub (EB3) filed on 04/15/04. I have two LUD changes on my I-140 (no changes on 485) and have not received any emails and the status message also remains the same.

As per the Trands in the past and other exp posted here most probably its an RFE.

Lets keep each other posted.
