What a pleasant morning. I have received almost 10 emails from UCSIC with different messages. Thanks to jpanchal and others for a great support all these months. This is really a great forum.

For me and my wife **********

On April 19, 2005, after approving your application, we ordered you a
new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

For my kids *********

This case has been approved. On April 19, 2005, an approval notice was
mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice,
you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address,
please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.

Since UCSIC has taken digital photos for me and my wife, i guess they mailed the cards directly. Should i take infopass appontment for kids? Can someone respond to my query please?

Good to see approval started coming this week. Hopefully this trend continues. Looks like this is a EB2 week.

Dear friends,

I have approved labor EB3 PD oct 2004 i know for I- 485 it may take 3/4 years. One New company willing to give pre approved labor EB2 so i can file I-140 and I-485 same time.I have Master degree with 10 years experience and
I have 4 years W2 forms, but 2002 W2 has very less amount. Does these W2 forms really effect my I-140 / I-485? In my case shall go in EB3/EB2?

you guys are experts and went through all these stages.

I really appreciate any reply...

Hey my case is very similar to yours, why do you think you should be worried? Seeing the approvals, I guess they are working based on PD except of some lucky ones.
Congrats to all the recent appovals.
 
gcalb..my Pd is feb 2004 and mine EB3 from india
so i have to wait long time
hope your words come true so that my approval will get very early

this is my second GC , First one applied from NY in 2001 and layoffed from that company in sept 2004, then i filed from another company with fresh labor and i got in 4 months then he appled my 140/485..
so i have to wait for some more time

Hey gurus

I got the approval message and also message that card has been ordered. Should i go in for a infopass appointment or should i just wait for the card. Please advise. shed some light??? How long is it to get the cards
