I got 4 emails today "On April 18, 2005, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were
received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a
notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made."

Were u EB2 or EB3?? as per your signature your last LUD was on 3/18/05. Is that correct or just a typo??

My LUD and status changed today(04/20/05) indicating that FP results have been received.

Its my time to share to the good news.

My 485 was approved yesterday!!

Got 6 emails today- for myself and my wife.

I had no lud changes after FP rcvd message. Just straight approval!!

Also I want to congratulate everyone who rvcd their approvals in past 2 days.

This forum has been very supportive and I wish everyone good luck.

God speed.

I received emails Tuesday that USCIS has recd. the RFE response.

Hope this helps.

Not it's evident that LUDs are not consistent...so don't worry too much about LUDs.

Just received email from USCIS that my 140 has been approved after REF (ability to pay). Thank all of you!
