2004 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

Hi Everybody

I have been a silent member of this forum for quite sometime now. I would like to involve myself actively from now on. I would like to provide my GC info for your attention. Please let me know when can I expect something from the INS regarding my case!!
I hope I also get some expertise like Jharkand and Itec to provide future users some useful info about the process :)

RFE recived as expected

First congradulation to all who got their approval.

I recieved email regarding RFE for all including wife and childern. I am pretty sure due to Medical not submitted.

Can any one tell that all work on my file is completed ie name check etc. and only additional information is required.

Approval by PD or ND?

Congratulations to all who have gotten their Approvals, hopefully the rest of us are not far behind.

I know this has gone back on forth on whether they are approving cases based on PD or ND. If they are using the PD, can anyone shed some light on my case, Gurus? My PD is Nov 2001, and I notice they are now approving applications with PD's in 2002.

140 AP: April 2004

485 processing
RD: 5/20/04
ND: 5/24/04
LUD: 2/2/05
FP Notice: 2/16/05
FP schedule and completed: 3/4/05
LUD: 3/11/05 FP results received and processing has resumed.
LUD: 3/28 - (Probably from address change)
LUD: 3/29 same message
AD: ??????

NO EAD - Currently on H1.

AP ND 12/10/04 (applied for AP because never recieved paper notice of H1 approval to enable travel)
RFE for pictures: 2/16/05
RFE pictures recieved: 3/23/06
AP Approval: ??

I received 4 emails for my case and 2 for my wife. No LUD on my daughter's case.

Congratulations and Enjoy. It has taken a little over one year for you to complete the Process @ VSC.

I have been following few cases(April 2004 Filings) and yours is one of them.

I am hooked to this forum....every morning my day starts with updating the worksheet. I am going to stick around as far as i am needed.....I would not know what to do with my extra time if i don't check upon this tracker...so till i find a new hobby, don't worry about the tracker... ;)

EAD / 485 LUD Changes

My spouse's EAD and 485 applications had LUDs for the last 3 days. Anyone could shed some light on this with your experience. I've requested for her address change. That is still pending. But her EAD is already approved in Dec 2004 and I've not requested the address change for that application. Please share your experience.

One thing that you can do is call FBI and find out if they have sent your FP to USCIS. The number is 304-625-2406 option 2 and 3 for FP status .. you would need your A# available on your EAD card. You can fine more information in the FP thread .. the link is below:

Fingerprinting completed

First I would like to convey my Hearty Congratulations to all those whose cases were approved recently.

Jpanchal, JK and Itec - thanks for hanging around after your GC approvals to help and guide us remaining folk.

I completed my fingerprinting (code 3) as scheduled at the Boston ASC. Pretty uneventful and I was out of there in 30 min.

Noticed my Lud changed to today 4/13.

Note: Don’t look other online tracker (immigrationwatch) it is not correct ask Maha Mayavi Guru JHARKHANDI because he has followed most of the cases very closely I an junior member (Joined in JAN 2005).

Is this normal???

Hello All -

We did our fingerprinting yesterday and till now not a single LUD on our cases.. I thought that normally you get one on the same day and then another on the second day and then after a week or two a third one (when USCIS recieves the results) and the third LUD will be accompanied with a message change..
We did not get even the first LUD even though we did the FP yesterday.. Did this happen with anyone before?
Please help
