I did my FP on 18th march and there was a lud change on 18th itself and then on 22nd. Since then nothing.
I had called FBI and told me that my FP results were sent the same day to USCIS. But I too am getting worried as there is no message or lud change after 22nd.
God knows whats going on.

I just want to know did anybody called USCIS reagrding our cases, why they kept on hold.
Did anybody get EAD/AP etc.. after your FP is done. Please let me know i want to call USCIS to find out my EAD/AP etc..

You should wait till weekend. There will be one more LUD and message will change to "FP results received and processing for your case is resumed"

Yes, my app was also filed between those dates. My I-140 is still pending, even after FP was done. Could you pls let us know when you hear from USCIS.

I read Un's post about 140 pay issue and Now i feel little more comfortable with what my lawyer is doing.

It is not how much they pay you. It is the company ability to pay from the date they applied labor certification. If your company could show USCIS that they always had ability to pay you then it is not a issue at all. wait for 3 to 5 weeks your case will be approved!!!!.

LUD changed on 140

LUD changed again on 140 after issuing RFE on last friday. but this time there is no change in message. any idea why this is happening.
 
use of ead

As I havent used my EAD yet as i have a valid h1 uptill March2006, my current EAD is going to expire in June 2005, do I need to renew it ?

There are a few of us who have been calling USCIS. They have no idea what a "Hold" means. They opened a case status enquiry in my case and am supposed to know in a few days as to whats going on (Hopefully).

Yeah, this is even more frustrating not to know the reason. My FP was done on Mar 12th and the results sent on the same day.

hey gurus, any ideas or speculations as to what is going on.

LUD on 485 changed 2 times after FP message

Hi guys this one confuses me

My LUD on 485 changed 2 time after my FP recd message was updated.

My PD is sept 2002 ( not current yet).EB3 India

Have people with non current PDs have their LUD's changed after FP message.

I have seen people with 485 Lud changes after FP approval , get 485 aprroval . but that cant be my case coz my PD is not current.

Can this be an RFE . Gurus Pls advise
