Congrats !! Did you finish FP? If so then just few days and you will get 485 approval!!

My LUD didnt changed after March 10th and there was a straight approval.

My finger printing is already done in Sept 2004.

Could you please clarify me, in Newark-NJ Are they going to take Finger Prints, Digital Picture and Digital Signature together? for FP for code-3
Because i am going there this Sat.day..

1. Digital FP including biometrics
2. Digital Picture
3. Digital Signature

AP Approved after RFE

My AP approved today after REF for Photos.

LUD(After RFE response): 03/03, 03/04 & 03/07

Can someone update the tracker.

Finger printing done

Could some one update the tracker with my FP information please.

I went to OAKLAND ASC at 1.45pm today. The entire process took not more than 60 minutes. They have taken all three of the following.

1. Digital FP including biometrics
2. Digital Picture
3. Digital Signature

Last updated date for I 485 has changed to 3/23/2005 around 6pm (Pacific time).

Now that I got the I -140 approved, I am begining to worry about the 485, ... I know I am that type of person that loves to worry..

My question is ... What kind of RFEs can USCIS issue for the the 485? I mean for I140 the common RFEs are ability to pay and Education. What are the RFEs for 485?

How long did it take to get AP approval

Congratulations on your AP approval.

I had RFE on AP for digital photos as well and sent in response to RFE with new poloroid pics. on March-8th. I was wondering how long it takes to get the AP approval after replying to RFE.

Hi JD_MASS,

USCIS received the photos on March 1st/2nd and the LUD changed for 3 consecutive days on 3/4/7th. So, it took about little over 3 weeks to approve.

Changing EB3 to EB2

Hi,

My 140 and 485 applications are files concurrently and 140 is filed in EB3 and it got approved. Is there any way to change the 140 or reapply to EB2 category? Mine is Labor Substitution and it is eligible for eb2 category

Can some one help me in this matter................
