Bodhal Singh and CosmoKramer, both got 485 approvals when they were in India.
Is there a pattern here?

Hmmm - regarding re-entry in USA - show AP papers - that is all that you will need. Bodhal Singh recently entered in same situation - so you may like to pm him.

Itec, Yours should be on the way.

have you seen movie "INDIAN"? You are like Sunnybaba everywhere in every form Just kidding

Maybe like Sunnybaba - people who are in touch with me rarely get RFE, get fast 140/485 approvals. Yesterday a 2001 485 filer was on phone with me, who I had suggested a place for early FP, said he will test it this time(got his FP done without hitch). Perhaps I am being boastful here, but then that is what stats says till now.

Can you please answer my question...
How long after the 485 approval do I have to work for my employer? I am being overworked, underpaid and feel exploited... I am ready to quit this process all together and go back to where I came from.. It is that bad..
So the question is, how long do I have to stick with my employer before I get my freedom without getting in trouble with USCIS??
HELP !!!
Thanks to everyone

Ask some good lawyer because INS keeps changing rules...
