My lawyer sent reply to RFE (on 140) and now the wait is painful !!

Hi Guy, Even though the 485 approval date is 01/29/2004 I don't see anyone (may be except for a few ) posting their approvals in this forum. Is it that they are not posting here after the approval or they are not yet approved? seeing the FP trend, is it that we can expect the same in 485 approvals in mass? Just don't have any clue what VSC is up to.

FP Done

Completed my FP today at Hackensack, NJ. 1Hr is all it took. Fingerprint, a photo and gave me the receipt --- with "Have a Nice Day". Simple system no hassles.

BUT they didnt agree to do FP of my spouse -- it is on 22nd.

Anyway --- one more step ahead.

After looking at current 485 processing date 25 March 2004 and comparing it with 2004 tracker, it seems be correct.
In this month, current "FP done and 140 approved" 485 filers should get approvals sooooon...

EB2 140 date has moved to Feb 12 2005. One year jump in 4 weeks... wow! I know there are many of EB2 filers from early last year still waiting... What is going on with VSC?

Hope your words come true. The previous FP batch (Aug/Sep 2004) stopped at RD of 03/31/2004. Hope very soon they run out of applications from that batch and start working on the new batch of finger printed applications.

Fingerprinting done

Hello all

Yesterday I did my early FP.
I was to travel in the 2nd week of april when my FP was originally scheduled. So I spoke to my lawyer and she said it was ok to do early FP. It would not create any problems. To be sure I went to the INS office and they gladly rescheduled it for me.

So I went on 18th march for rescheduled FP and completed it succesfully.

Can someone pls update the tracker.

FP date: 04/09/2005
FP Completed on : 03/18/2005
First LUD : 3/18/2005
