I-140 RFE's

I think that VSC has moved date from Feb-04 to Dec-04 by issuing mass RFE on all those I-140.
So that they show current processing date more current.

LUD change

I have an LUD change on 485 with the message "The results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received....."


EB2 Labor substitution
Labor PD: 11/14/2000
I-140/I-485 concurrent filing:
I-140/I-485 ND: 05/11/2004
Finger Printing ND: 02/14/2005 Scheduled on 02/25/05 FP done:02/25/2005
I-140 AD: ?????
I-485 AD: ????? LUD on 02/28/2005 no message change ,2nd LUD on 03/01/2005, 3rd LUD on 03/08/2005 with message "..processing has resumed on your case...."
 
Mass System Update

Junta,

Mass system update regarding FP. If your FP is already done then today or tommorow you will see LUD and Message Change for i-485.

Close Observations would lead to better system understanding :eek:

Hi All,

Our FPs done on Feb 24 th and today I received mails saying that FPs received and resumed processing of application........


Message updated after 4 LUDs change.

I also got emails today saying that the FP is recieved & process resumed.

I think in you case you will get i-140 and i-485 approval as soon as you are done with FP.

What was your RFE on?
 
VA FP Notice.

I am requesting this information again.

Guys from VA/DC or one of the Gurus.

Can anyone tell me if the FP notices are send from the local office which conducts the FP or from one of the Vermont Service center. I know it will of least importance for guys who already have their FPs done. But it will be help ful for people who have not received their fps yet .

For i-485 c(9) employment based AOS applications main center (where you have filed your i-485) will send you FP notices one to your lawyer and one to you.

Nope...no updates. I never under went this kind of tension everyday.
Belive me this GC process stole my sleep....i feel to get back to India some times.

Biometrics and RFE on AP/EAD

Junta,

If you have done Biometrics and got RFE on EAD/AP keep the fourm informed. Because if Biometrics has to do something with EAD/AP then no RFE will be issued regarding digital pictures.

After you get GC go to india and sleep for one month :D . Take it easy no one will be w/o GC.

It is normal and it is mass update.

Atleast something is moving for you.....here nothing has happened even. GUYS whose RD is Dec 29 2004 and ND is Jan 11 2005 please update if you have had any kind of movement on your case.
