EAD and 140's LUD changed after having RFE on 140

Hi all,
Today my EAD as well as I-140s LUD changed after having an RFE on my 140 yesterday (i.e. on 02.15.05). I am confused. Any idea gurus that what is happening in my case.

Atlast, are they touching the files of 11/29/2004 - 12/04/2004

As far as I remember this is the first case of that week that has been even touched.
Correct me if I am wrong.

I think there are another 4 to 5 guys in the same week. Let us see who is next.

its been long time i saw your post, i thought you already got 485 approved.

After getting RFE emails yesterday, today also my LUD changed :confused: . Very anxious to know RFE is for what….

EB3/India/PD-Feb2004
I140/I485/EAD/AP - RD- 07/27/04 ND- 08/03/04
EAD AD- 08/18/04
AP AD- 08/17/04
I140 LUD - 02/07/2005,02/15/2005(RFE),02/16/2005(No Change)
 
Hi Guys,

As you aware, I am also on the same state.
Also one more question, Does this affect my EAD approval? EAD LUD changed twice last month, See my signature below

Please update the tracker for my EAd aproval.. :D

Also, AP LUD has changed at the same time, what does this mean??

Who gets the RFE and how long it takes to receive the RFE?

Nothing much. I do visit the forum and answer folks who do not get answers(and if I know the answer).
