2004 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

Hi subhasri01,
I appreciate your immediate reply.

we already did credential evaluationfrom one of the US evaluating agencies .
They have given report as B.sc+Diploma(from aptech)=Equ.US.4 Years BS.


My concern is ,if VSC creates problem in this,can we use partially finished MCA papers?

140 Approved

Hello all,

At last some good news to share. Received email regarding 140 approval. It's really a sweet coincidence that y'day I post a message about "How long to wait ?" and today received email. Waiting for a buzz from lawyer and letter in post. REQUEST someone to update the tracker please.

Since VSC I-140 is creating problems for those whose education is a combined form of 3 years+any computer course,I am worried about my husband I 140.
Actually my husband discontinued MCA .so he uses his B.sc +Aptech degree equivalent to US Bachleor degree.

does anyone know whether we can put papers passed in MCA in the education to show it as a single education(incase I 140 is denied) or not?

Yes it is sort of uncomfortable till you get your approval... I was also kind of same boat. You can see case like mine which is also 3 year degree and I have got my 140 approval from VSC. So just hang-in there and you will soon get your approval.

I485 Approved - ND 3/3/04

I'm very happy to report my I485 is approved on 1/13/05.
I can't think any email could bring me such a excitement.

Hello All,

Received email from USCIS stating that my 140 has been approved on Jan 13th. Logged onto the USCIS website and confirmed the approval.

Could somebody please update the Tracker.

I had an RFE on 11/15, replied to the RFE, Reply received on 12/20, 140 approved on 1/13.

Now wait for the 485.

guys, if you update the tracker, please follow the tracker rules setforth or leave a message for someone to update it. Include the changes after the last update and do not change the cell width/size. let's maintain a clean tracker........

I just got the I-485 approval notices (for both my husband's and mine). It was approved yesterday (Jan 13). I'm very happy and thankful to all the people in this forum who shared their knowledge and made the waiting a little easier.
Here's how it went (exact dates are already in the tracker):
Priority date: Oct 2001
Labor approved: Aug 2003
I-140, I-485 Notice Date: March 2004
I-140 AD: Aug 2004
Finger Printing: December 2004

Please update the tracker with the final approval date.

Can this be an issue at 485 stage ?
 
I got a job offer recently, but it hasn't passed 180 days since my I-485 was filed (just over 4 months). I'm working as a lab technician in a university, new position is in the same school and the job title would be the same or similar, but under different PI (principal investigation). So the paychecked should be issued by the same school name and the I-140 petition is given to the school, not to the current PI.
In this case, can I change jobs or should I wait until next March?

You labor EB3 PD shows as 06/2002.
Can you please tell us if you are from one of these countries, China/India/Philippines?
