2003 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

I just checked Vermont Processing Dates and they have updated 485 date to June 01 '03. No wonder we are seeing so many approval here. Cheers guys... now they are working pretty fast.

Added I-485 approval information for TrackGC (ND: 06/16/03 AD: 10/21/04).

% APPROVED (OUT OF CASES WITH FP DATE GIVEN...): 33.1%

% APPROVED (OUT OF ALL CASES): 12.2%

Added a new stat:

% APPROVED (OUT OF CASES WITH FP AND I-140 DATES GIVEN...): 41.5%

Again, these are somewhat misleading as I'm sure that many people haven't entered their FP / I-140 approval information (which would probably lower the %) but I thought people might be encouraged by these numbers anyway :eek:.

These stats are all near the bottom of the tracker btw (use Page Down/Up to get to them if they aren't visible).

Fixed some problems with stats. These can "break" (end up including incorrect data) if new EB1 / EB2 / EB3 cases are added at the boundaries for those sections because the stats are using hard-coded rows. Only way to fix this would be to add a test for EB1/2/3 etc. in the formulas.

Added a column on the far right (Y) which shows how long people's unapproved I-485 has been pending since the I-140 ND (or I-485 ND if no I-140 ND was given).

Fixed a case which had no I-485 RD/ND (just a I-140 RD/ND in the separate section -- moved this to the concurrent section).

Confusion with the online status

I have never updated my info to this forum.

Here is the info:

I140/485 - ND 09/11/2003

I140 - AD 08/10/2004 (Approved) :)
EAD 1st (12/06/03) and 2nd (Aug 04) approved.

1st Finger print done : 10/16/2004

I got 2 emails recently from USCIS about our 485 process. First email confirms that our 485 applications are approved and the next day email says that "we received finger print and processing has resumed on the case".

Does anyone know what does it mean? My lawyer suggested me to wait for 10 days before calling USCIS to know the actual status.

I have some problem with the Excel on my machine, could someone add my details to the spreadsheet.
