Does anyone got approved around ND as mine recently?
Nothing heard from VSC since Apr 2003. An inquiry was
issued 3 weeks ago, still nothing came out.

I am planning to do that my ( and my wife's) EAD and AP expires in JAN '05. I was contemplating apllying myself using the electronic filing but My wife and kid are planning to go on a vacation .. and I dont want to be called for finger priting in their absence, so I guess I will apply for renewal the regular way.

i havent applied for my 2nd ead yet, dont know how will i apply for it though, online or personal appearance... i'm planning to apply by july, 3 months before its expiry..... i agree with you regarding the progress of our concurrent filing... really don't know either why havent got any approval notice yet....

After RFE

My concurrent filing notice date is Dec5th. On Feb 6th RFE is requested on I-140 for company financials. After a long followup with my company and lawyer we could reply on May 1st for the RFE.( I did't update xlsheet, sorry.)

Earlier, I noticed that after reply to the RFE they were approving fast once they feel comfortable with the reply. Is the trend still on? Usually how long they take to approve? Please advice.
 
140 Approved ND-9/5/2003; but no updates on USCIS website.

My Attorney called Y'day and said my I140 with ND-9/5/2003 got approved. It is surpising to be cuz. the USCIS website has not updated my Approval yet. My attorney is sending the copy of my approval in the mail and I will know what is the approved date.
I have updated the spreadsheet with Y'days approval date; and shall change it to the correct date when I receive the document.

Hi All,

I got an email from USCIS saying my I-140 has been approved and the approval notice has been mailed on May 12th.

I filed My 140 & 485 concurrently and my ND is 09/18/2003.

Could someone update the tracker with this information.

I am happy to say that my 140 is approved. The email/website says exact same words as what it said for vd2000. Infact my ND is also 09/18.

Does anyone have the I-140 scan file? Ever since INS changed its website, I wasn't able to run an I-140 scan. I filed I-140/I-485 concurrently in Sep. 2003 with a notice date of 9/18/2004. Just wonder if my case is getting near.
