Here is another piece, on April 13th VSC has issued me an RFE for my H1 renewal. It is becoming a roller coaster ride for me. Hope I140 comes through.

Thanks guys. Actually I had received an RFE for my H1 renewal too and both H1 renewal and 140 got approved on the same day, not sure if the RFE triggerred it.

There's a 2 year wait for 485 now :(

AOS vs CP

Has anyone done any research OR does anyone have any information regarding the feasibility of converting to Consular Processing (CP) as opposed to our current AOS.

I am curious since its taking soooooooooo long for AOS.

Could you please let me know what was the RFE for H1 renewal. although people believe there is no link between I140 and H1 renewal I have feeling that my I140 file is with H1 renewal group because we had sent I140/I485 receipts along H1 renewal application.
This could explain delay in my I140 but who knows what's cooking.

Ya know... We really need a consolidated 485 tracker (for all years) to be able to see where things stand.

Maybe a moot point if this site is really working on their own trackers (and there's always sites like www.immigrationwatch.com) but the 2003 tracker doesn't go back far enough with 485's for it to be useful (you have to go look at trackers for around Feb/March 2002 to see where the "frontline" is currently).

Hopefully 485's are starting to get some more attention (but not until I get my I-140 :D).

It was about details of previous employment and H1 797s etc.
 
Advance Parole got approved

Guys I-131 got approved yesterday, updated the tracker!!

Vermont seems to be moving fast!!
