2003 Consolidated Tracker ONLY (140/EAD/AP/FP/485)

485 approved for RD 8/18/03

Hello,
Mywife and my self 485 approved on 12/15/04. We have received approval letters on 12/21/04 in regular mail.

Fortunately we got infopass appointment for today 12/22/04 at San jose and completed passport stamping.

Our online message not changed , only LUD on 12/15. No approval email received.

Pl see the signature for case details my wife dates are same as mine.
Finally , I would like to thank you all for your valuable information and great help .

your ND is same as mine. but i filed my 485 in march(ND mar'15)
my LUD on 140 changed to mar'16 (message is same as received).

did FP on Nov'20. FP received (NOv' 29).

LUD on 485 - 12/09, 12/13.

hope i am next on the 140 approval line.
 
Lud change leads to rfe

My wife's 485 status message was updated today for an RFE after the LUD's changing on 12/17/04 and 12/20/04. This was expected since she did not get her TB testdone when we filed.

I will update when I get the details of RFE.

You can see this only if you have created a case portfolio, a logon id/password at the service center website. When you login, you will see last update date.

My LUD still says 09/21/2004 - FP received , processing resumed :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:
 
BTW, I had started a discussion on Advanced Parole - transit visa requirement a while ago..I feel I should wrap-up the discussion...On Advanced parole transit visa is required, yes, it is required...depending on what your airline tells you...I am flying Air India tomorrow via London and returning via Frankfurt...Air India says London needs transit visa and they will not allow me to board aircraft if I do not have transit visa....So I went to UK consulate last week and got the transit visa....About Frankfurt they are saying it is not required with Advanced Parole...and German Consulate at Kolkatta concurs...and Air India at Kolkatta concurs that Frankfurt does not need transit visa.. Apologize if this is not the right forum to post this matter.

My case is nearly same as you, I did not have LUD's on 140 and got approved.
My LUD on 485 change 2 times, one is common after FP and other happened on 12/15/04.

I am happy to see there are couple of guys whose I-140 got approved after no change in their LUD's after applying.

Mine's still not approved atleast i can live with that, someday VSC will approve my case :confused:

I-140 RD 12/29/03 ND 01/02/04 after that till date no change

by the way my I-485 LUD updated two times (12/10/04 and 12/13/04) after initial update on 11/04/04 for FP

Heard ETA's comments " there are cases some cases where I-140 and I-485 approving at the same time" ... hope to see same thing on my case too :)

Oct 2004 FP'ed
Dec 23rd , 485 approved :) :rolleyes: ;) :D

ONLY 1 LUD on the i485 which was 12/10/04 but there was no update in status until this morning!!! it says:

"Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

Current Status:

This case has been approved. On December 28, 2004, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."

My 485 got approved today... Man this is the best day of 2004 for me. My wife however got an RFE for medicals... It'll come through..

My last LUD change was 12/02/04 and then today.

One more for the list!! Just got approved today 12/29. Was having lunch and wife called me up to break the news! I was so happy I couldn't eat the rest of my lunch!!

Can someone please update the tracker for me? I don't have access to downloads on my machine.
