I-485 approved

Gents,

First of all sorry that i was not visiting immigration.com website for a while. I moved from tennessee to arizona for job so got very busy with the move and the new job.

So the good news is, my I-140 was approved, finger prints were given a month ago and yesterday got a mail from USCIS saying that our I-485 is approved too!!! That was indeed a great news!!

Just wanted to update you all with the news so that you all can keep tracking the different cases.

Thank you very much guys for all your support and help.

I485 Approved - ND 08/13/03.

My wife's and mine 485 was approved 0n Dec 2nd 2004. Kids case status were not found in there system. I am assuming that also might have been approved. No RFE at any stage.

% COMPLETED (OUT OF CASES WITH FP AND I-140 DATES GIVEN...) 60.9%
% COMPLETED (OUT OF ALL CASES) 30.5%

Added table at bottom of tracker to show the weekly progress in the % completed of all cases. For the last 6 weeks, the increase in the % completed (most of these are approvals) has been: 2.5, 2.3, 1.6, 3.3, 4.1, 4.5. In other words, there's been a reasonably steady increase in the rate at which 2003 cases are being processed and this was the best week so far.

Can anyone give me any inputs of what might be going on in my case...As the LUD keeps on changing and I get no response... I did an address change and does this change the LUD as well ?? :confused: thanks

Improved weekly progress stats at bottom of sheet to go off of the actual I-485 Approval dates. Shows the number of cases which were approved for each week, the total # cases approved up to that point, the % this is of the total cases, and the change in the % total from week to week.

Based on last week (20 cases approved -- by far the best week so far), we might optimistically expect 20+ approvals again this week (unless the VSC people are starting to take early Christmas vacation but hopefully that's still 2+ weeks away...).

My I485 Approved on 22nd Nov but today i got a email about a RFE for my wife's I485.

What kind of RFE's generally depends will get?..

What is your ND?

Assuming you are the primary, spouse might get RFE's for things like birth certificate, medicals etc. as far as I know -- there's probably more info on this in the I-485 forum.
