No RFE. Havent recd the notice for 2nd FP yet. Will be laid off in Oct 03. Hope NSC picks up I485 processing soon .......

There were 2 approvals yesterday for March25 th 0r 26th Notice date . Here are the ( LIN0214253148,LIN0214253164) and i could not find any information from what country they are in rupnet .. Does anyone has idea.
User Kelvin updated on rupnet but his lin match here.
 
how to figure out RD from LIN

How do you know RD just by lookign at LIN
and from the sheet, is it true that although the nsc status for 485 indicates they are processing aug 22, in reality they have started approving cases much more recent, jan 2003

Since there seem to be many threads being started for Nov., Dec., etc., pig-headed me decided to pull this out of the archives:eek:

Are there any optimists left out there after all the abuse by BCIS, or is it the end of innocence and hope?

a. employment letter
b. copy of employment authorization from dec 2001 to now.

- had an interesting comment on the RFE - I am paraphrasing it (lawyer has hard copy - am expecting it from him in the mail today).

"FP expiring sep 17 2003 .... if response is not received in time to process before sep 17, will need to send FP notice again and processing will be on hold till FP"

Does that mean that if I send response before Sep 17, then they will approve by Sep 17?

Now that is being OPTIMISTIC!!!!!

The interesting twist that is that I already did 2nd FP in Apr 03.

This will be an interesting case

they may expedite the case! Or it can go either direction: they can go blind and say you never did 2nd FP even you already did it and sits on file, current to go. 2-3 weeks of unnecessary hassle to bring FP results in front of them.
Most probably it will get processed and hopefully they won't generate another FP notice. Good luck on your rfe and approval.
