2002 Jan/Feb/Mar RD/ND - The optimists Part II

2nd AP approved

My got 2nd AP, they sent approval letter to my attorney today.

They processed AP in less than 3 moths.

ND:03/04/2003
RD:03/28/2003
FP:12/30/2003
EAD:05/10/2002
2nd EAD:07/01/2003
2nd AP:11/21/2003

I don't have any problems with employment , and i don't expect any RFEs. I see some approvals with RFEs, I still undertand why the delay in my case???
 
2nd FP

Did my second FP on the 25th, as scheduled. Applied for my wife's third EAD on the 24th. RFE response was sent on the 19th.
 
Did my second FP on Saturday scheduled for Dec. 24.

Don't understand to be sad or happy for get fingerprints late(most of the people are going for 2ndFP because for crossing 15 months).

Folks,

Any updates for March'02 Nd/RD dates. Looks like some people sarted getting RFE's.

I am still waiting for my approval and wife's Finger print notice.

Our I-485s were approved on 12/17/2003. Forgot to update this thread.

2nd EAD exp in Feb 04. Already applied for and got 3rd EAD.
