140/485 Approved via pilot proam at CSC

As per my understanding from the recent pilot approvals pattern, I believe that CSC is either picking up cases randomly or they are picking up the cases whose name checks are cleared.
I am assuming the cases which are not picked or pending might go in the longer queue. They are using this pilot program to study if it is feasible to approve in 90 days or not. Looks like it is not feasible as there are many unapproved cases.
Pilot is for EB2 concurrent filing from the month of April. I am not sure how strictly they are following the concurrent issue. If there is few days gap between 140 and 485 NDs before the applications being picked up then still it is fine I think.
But I have seen couple of approvals even for EB3... may be by mistake they got the approvals.

Pilot is one more stunt pulled up by the USCIS to play with our emotions.
Many suffered a lot for the labor when the applications were remanded to state, again they came back to DOL and it took lot of time to get the approvals. It was just waste of extra 10 months waiting then.

Except being optimistic no one can do anything.

I am in the same boat as you....My RD is June 11 but I have not recieved a finger printing notice yet, but my spouse's status says fingerprinting results recived ( we did fingerprinting for my previous employer's 140/485 petition).

They cleared stated in their goals that "Name Check and FP delays" were excluded from the 90 days period. So for example if name check takes 2 months, well you may receive the approval in 5 months. There are posts on other threads that name checks can take as much as even 1 year.

Nandpc -- do you know if your name check is cleared?
 
No, I don't know whether my name check is cleared or not. And I don't know even how to check that.

From comments on board, it seems that around 06/10 RD was the last considered.

I got all approved today I-140/I-485/ead/ap - as per uscis website :) :) :)

Even though I am not an active user on this portal..I would like to thank one and all for your great patience in writing detailed information for every case approved.. I will write a detailed info on my case this weeked.. stay tuned..

9/21: went to San jose ASC, they took FP notices (no FP again) and said no need to do the FP again.

9/17: received one more set of finger printing notices , I called my lawyer she said go to San Jose ASC again and show them notices.

I saw the approval notice in email and on USCIS, am waiting for the written notice now.

CSC pilot program still on - another approval (in 70 days)

My case was approved on 10/01/04 and get emails today morning.

everybody in pilot?

i filed at the end of July. so far i have only received EAD and AP. no fp and no 140 updated. i am at EB2 concurrent filing. everything else looks like the same as is people in this forum. i am wondering if pilot covered all the cases. i remembered reading somewhere in this forum that only one third got picked into pilot. are there anybody else in the same boat?

Don't worry... There are tons of people who fall into pilot period but still waiting since april to till date. I am one of them..
 
I am in same boat too. Seriously, how can one determine if one's application
is indeed being processed in the Pilot Program ?

Can I say that my application is being processed in the Pilot program if

1) Any application filed after April 2004 as EB2/Concurrent/Same Day/Same Time/Same Envelope ?

2) Application which is filed as described in (1), but also has I-140 LUD changed atleast once after initial RD/ND date ?

3) Application which is filed as described in (1), but does NOT have I-140
LUD changed even once after initial RD/ND date. But may have received
EAD and AP and FP done ?

4) Application for which 1) and 3) are true but there was only ONE FP notice ? I have seen people approved via Pilot have received TWO FP notices.

Does anyone know for certain ?
