140/485 Approved via pilot proam at CSC

Case Approved on Oct 26

Finally!!! my case got approved like many others in this forum. :D In the mean time, I give my blessing to all others still wating in the tunnel.

My RFE was for W2's, employment letter, Company financials etc

My salary was a little less than what was stated in the lc. I think that triggered the RFE. I am not sure though. My employer did give a letter saying the salary as per lc will be given with immediate effect. And he did that too.

Requesting information on early finger-printing

Hi,

I have seen people on this forum opting for an "early fingerprinting." I have received my fingerprinting notification recently and would like to get it done asap. Could someone please tell me what I need to do for an early FP? Just FYI, I am in the San Jose area.

Any information will be highly appreciated.

If you got your FP notice - you do not have to wait for the scheduled date - at least most people here do not. You can go to the office in SJ right away and go as a walk in. If it is empty they will let you in. Best time to go is around 2.
 
I went to SJ office (near Charcoat and N. First intersection) at around 2.00pm
on on Saturday. There were only 2 people ahead of me. I did early FP and
came out in 10 mins. I did early FP almost 45 days ahead of appointement date. Good luck !
 
LUD change QUESTION!

EB2 CSC concurrent
RD: 6/3/04
ND: 6/8/04
FP: 7/23/04
EAD,AP: AD: 7/?/04
LUD: I485: 7/30/04-after FP, 10/27/04

LUD changed for I485 for myself and wife on 10/27 without any content change. It still says processing is resumed after the result of fp has been received.

Anybody has same experience?
Is it good?

Any comment will be appreciated.

So is there any significance so many OCt 27th LUD? Did Something change in the system.

BTW LUD for me was 19th OCT: received FP

May I ask the size of your company in terms of number of employee? My salary is also less than the LC salary and I'm worried. Thanks!

I-485 LUD date change...

Guys,

Same here...even my I-485 was updated on 10/27, just the date change, the status message hasn't changed. It still reads the same crap "...fingerprints were received on so and soooo...da da, dada...and daddda....".

Let’s see if they are going to vote on Nov 2nd....oops, most of the Americans don't vote, right?!? correction.....I meant stamp all our applications as approved. Cross your fingers, I crossed mine...its hurting though !! :)

Looks like they did some DB refresh or a mass upload (From the email threads). Mine LUD for 485 (not for 140) also changed on 10/27 without changing the status.
 
Mine too. LUD changed only for 485 but not for 140. In the past I have seen LUD change without change in message for my EAD & AP. Within a day or two of my LUD change, the message also changed. But no change in msg. so far....

Company Merger (I140+I485 Filed Concurrently in August 2004 and Pending)

Hello Everyone ,

My company got merged with another company as of today.


My attorney is recommending to do one of the following
1. Refile for I140 with the proper merger documents and requesting CIS
- To pull out the previously filed I140 application
- Attaching the newly filed I140 application with the date of previously
filed I140 application

2. File for Amended I140 with the proper merger documents and requesting CIS to attach the newly filed Amended I140 application with the previously
filed I140 application

3. Don't take any action - There is risk that my application gets denied and I need to refile for I140 once it is denied. This way I can loose 12 months or so.

As per my attorney, the safest option is Option 1. I need your help to help me understand which option will be better for me. I look forward to your valuable suggestions.

I140, I485, I131, I765 RD is August 2004
FP Done September 2004
I131, I765 approved September 2004
NO UPDATES on I140 and I485


CIS UPDATES
As per my attorney, the CA pilot program has been suspended. As per him, any application that has not been adjudicated might take upto 1 year.

How do we find if it has been picked by pilot

Hi Guys,
How do we find out if it has been picked by pilot program or not. Does it say something on the receipt?
