Is this a mass update? I received LUDs on 140 and 485 on friday at the same time when JIT dates are released. Does anyone know if this is a mass update? Usually, how long after the LUD, I can expect to hear?

sorry.. no one knows...;) You just need an approval for 140. All the problems FP, Name Check yada yada are associated with 485. You can check your LUD by creating a portfolio with your case numbers.

I received LUD without any message change on 140 and all 485 (me and family). Please see my signatures. Any recommendation, what it might be??

How do you know they were processing March 15 cases? Mine is 03/04 no LUD no Update.

I think they publish twice a month. So, sometimes, it takes 3 weeks after they published last JIT, instead of 2 weeks. I think later today or tomorrow we should see the new dates..

I think there are multiple factors to it - First is that there may be more than one 485 applications with one 140. Other may be that CSC have processed those I140 cases for January, which are filed non concurrently. I know there are always exceptions to the rule, but my gut feeling is, that...

Based on recent approvals, most of the people who applied I140/I485 concurrently, their I140 is not getting approved. CSC waits until they process 485 before even look at I140. And if 485 gets the name check pending, sometimes I140 is also stuck. What you Gurus think?

I understand your frustration. But these dates are not always fake. I have seen many December cases were being processed in last 2 weeks.

Atleast people can call USCIS and find out about the status, once their RD is 30 days before the JIT dates.

How do they find out if its SUB or OWN?

GC-EB1CSC, I think you should wait for couple of day until next JIT comes out and then try calling the emergency number. It doesn't hurt calling them. Sometimes, its actually better in a way that if your file is taken out for processing and is lying untouched, then atleast USCIS will notice it...

careful This might just be a coincidence, but after reading DOL is eliminating the pre approved labor, I notice that the people who got LUD on I140 has SUB labor. I suggest you check with your lawyer to make sure everything is OK. My friend's lawyer was hesitent in using the pre approved labor...
