Since USCIS could be processing near mid Jan 2005 by now, let's start tracking I-140/I-485 applied in March 2005. Please post your details.

Hi guys, we have applied 140/485/765/131 from csc under EB2 sub labour.

Rd 12 apr 2005
nd 15 apr 2005
fp nd 22 apr 2005
fp done on may 6 2005.
waiting for EAD.............any ideas when will my I get EAD approval?
 
Could this be TRUE

Does USCIS go though apps with RD later than their published processing dates so that they can issue RFE if required and which will help them
to have all details(Receive RFE response) by the time they reach it (as official processing date)
 
Ok. I am wrong. CSC is still processing I-485 with RD: Jan 03 2005.
May be we have to wait for 2 to 3 more months before USCIS starts processing March 2005 cases :mad:
 
As of now processing dates for 140 and 485 are different, so that means they are not processing the cases concurrently anymore. Filing 140/485 together
has any advantage over apps for 485 only. In this forum I noticed people with
RD of 1st week of Feb (for both 140/485) are getting approvals for both of them. So that means they are processing 485 cases of Feb also.

I am from INDIA. I got the the email status update from the USCIS website.
The attorney told me a day later ( lazy bums) :p .

Hi,

Please see my signature for details. I have an LUD on 5/31/05 for my 140 with no message change. Any idea what is going on ? Is CSC currently processing 140 received in March ?

Please let me know if you have any ideas.

please see my signature. Our labor PD are very close, EB3 and CSC. Our details are very similar.

I also have an LUD on 5/31/05 for my 140. Did u see a message change. MY message has not changed. What was your message for the LUD on 5/31.

RFE for 140

Guys,

Got an LUD and message that an RFE has been mailed. Mine is Sub labor EB3. Please see signature. Any one in the same boat ?


Also, I receieved on the same day , exact same RFE email 4 times (Body of the email is exact same ) Does this mean there are 4 different RFEs for the same 140 ? Did this happen to anyone ? Is this normal , to receive multiple emails ?

Please share your thoughs experinces.

Any Idea? I see lots of people for FP done after my RD, I dont understand why USCIS states first in and first out?
