I-140 Feb '05 cases - EB2

LUD Changed

no changes in 140 but LUD changed to 5/4/05 for 485...any idea...

we also got LUD on 05/03/05. no clues at all. may be because of namecheck or something

Received AP approval doc today!!!!!!!!!!

The stamp says it was mailed out 5/2/2005. Hope you guys get yours soon. Good luck.
 
what happened ...no updates...

Any updates anywhere. Heard in one thread that CSC is undergoing some training for a week and so no updates from anyone. I do not know how far this is true. many got LUD changes on 485, which might be initiation for name check. Good luck and keep posting..
 
April case

Hi guys,

we have our case filed in csc under EB 2 subsituted labour.RD is APR 12
Nd is APR 15.Lud Apr 19 .we got Fp notice on APR 22 ,done fp on May 6 2005.Any ideas, when we will get our EAD approval.

This might just be a coincidence, but after reading DOL is eliminating the pre approved labor, I notice that the people who got LUD on I140 has SUB labor. I suggest you check with your lawyer to make sure everything is OK.
My friend's lawyer was hesitent in using the pre approved labor for him after the PERM processing started. As per him USCIS/DOL is recommending to withdraw pending approved labor prior to cases moved to back log reduction center to eliminate the fraud. I also checked some other thread for this information. www.immigration-law.com

i was observing all posts in these forums. not all substitution labours are getting LUD's . I think it depends on the person who is working with the applications. this is just coincidence here.

jan 26th???

I saw in another forum that they have approved jan 26th case...but mostly i am seeing still december cases...any idea guys..

Uscis has not updated this thursday which they do on alternate thursdays. keep alive this thread with some updates.
