Any LUD ?

I have an LUD on my 140 aswell as on 485, however the mesg. not changed.
LUD 6/1/05 - any flags.
Please Advise
Filing dates - 140/485 - Feb'11

Based on the current pattern, you would get your approval. For me, no msg update but my I-140 got approved.

no only 140, i applied 485 on 04/08/2005

My 140 also got updated today June 2nd and I applied in Mar 16, EB2 own labor. What does it imply? The only update I got for 140 is Mar 18.

through email. You need to register yourself from www.ins.gov --> case status.

Your 485 is also approved? Did you apply concurrently?

Based on recent approvals, most of the people who applied I140/I485 concurrently, their I140 is not getting approved. CSC waits until they process 485 before even look at I140. And if 485 gets the name check pending, sometimes I140 is also stuck.
What you Gurus think?

Spouse approval notice received

Interestingly we received my spouse's 485 approval notice via snail mail, however the status on the site for either of us remains unchanged, same is true for 140. However I also had a LUD on 6/1, which is also the date on my spouse's approval notice. Ofcourse I will check 140 status with my attorney first thing on monday, meanwhile, if anybody has similar experience can they enlighten us on this?
