Rajiv,
I do not know if you got a real good answer to this question but H4 is NOT employer dependent. It means, she can come to USA on her current visa. No need to apply again. Send her all the new docs you have and if asked at the immigration, she just needs to answer the right company etc...
Sai
Sai, what happened your 3year h1? any updates on that? I recently filed for 3 year H1 EXT through Employer B. My LC and 140 got approved from employer A. So just curious.
Yes. You can maintain the old PD. See immigration-law. com Q/A section. Only thing is, I do not know if you can file for a new greencard if you are in 7th year. Please confirm
Please cheer up!!
All,
I know every one is distressed and not able to digest the fact that the final bill neglected us after our all out effort. I am in the same boat.
The point is this is not the end of the world. I repeat, this is not the end of the world. We are not dying or caught by...
Guys,
Did every thing I could. Now I am off to temple to pray. I still believe some thing positive is going to happen. I will be back in 2 hours.
Good luck to all of us.
Be cool

Don't believe the website
As I said before, my i40 got approved but on USCIS website, it still says "taking 300-400 days blah..blah..." I already have the approval on hand. So, do not be surprised if you don't get any email notification after approval.

lc4gc, the receipt said the same thing for me too but it is not taking that much...
