I have exactly same question as zeifa. My company wants to apply 7th year extension thro' another Attorney, as the Attorney doing my GC is a bit pricey. Can somebody specifically answer if there is any downside to doing this through another attorney???

Although the wording says,workers will move over to processing,once data entry is complete,that is obvious.But it does not say that processing will not start till data entry is complete or anything about when processing will start exactly.But you never know,they might want to slow down this...

But are letters not sent directly to your Employer?? Are they sent to your Attorney?? In latest Murthy bulletin,it says -Employer's representative...but not sure. Also is there any way one can know directly without asking the Employer if they have received the letters???I guess not since AVM...
