appointment was for 3pm got there at 10:30 am. there was 1 line for everyone. walked out the door at 3:45pm took me a total of 5 hours and 15 mins.

Hi..I created an online portfolio at USCIS..my i-140 was approved and I'm waiting for my fingerprint notice My question is, when my 1st FP notice is sent to me, will the online LUD change? (not after I send in my fingerprints) Thanks

it could take less than a year to get the FP notice, especially for ppl who filed in 2004...there have been a lot of 2004 approvals in less than a year, and those cases usually did their FP after 8-10 months

In the case of a concurrently filed 140 and 485, can you use AC21 6 months after the receipt/notice date(if the 140 was approved) or 6 months after the 140 is approved?
