I notice another approval from jun 10 2004 ND

DONT CONGRATULATE ME..this is NOT MY CASE, just one of those in my tracker.

jun 10 2004 485 ND approval
eac 04 187 50143 got approved...

I saw another approval a couple of days back, april 27th.

Pattern

The latest trend of approvals seems to be based on the last LUD on 485. People who got their 485's approved during the last two days have 2 LUD's after the FP received message. And most of them have 4/19 as their last LUD.

file in cold storage?

Jharkhandi/ other gurus,

Please see my signature, so far i have not even see any LUDs on my 485 file, does it mean its in cold storage because of retrogression ...please advise

Finally waiting is over

The waiting is finally over for me! The uscis website updated that my card has been sent. Thanks to everyone on this forum for the daily updates etc. I hope you all get your gc's soon too. Especially at the rate of processing right now.

Now its time to move on in life for me.

EB3 Visa recapture 2001 to 2004

House-Senate conference committee for Appropriations agrees to EB3 visa amendment in Emergency Approp bill...

House expected to vote today or tommorrow(05/05/05)...Senate would vote on May 9th after their return from recess!....Hope this becomes a law before the final quarter or FY2005...Else the 27% limit would throw a spanner in the works, starting FY2006...

Thanks ITEC. Mine just said approved, so I guess I will have to get pp stamped. What number do you call to set up appointment? I just e-mailed my lawyer asking him the same. I live close to Hartford. Again congrats and enjoy. I am so relived.

Hi guys..I just got the approval emails. The email said that after approving my application, a new card was ordered and that it would be sent when ready.

Here are my case details:

EB3 VSC, labor substitution - not affected by retrogression
Concurrent I-140/I-485 ND 07/12/2004
I-140 approval 10/2004
FP code 3 biometrics : 04/05/2005
LUDs on 485: 4/5, 4/6, 4/15(processing resumed message), 4/21, 5/4

CAN YOU PLEASE WRITE IF YOU SOMEBODY IS FROM BOSTON...these approvals do no t make sense at all...i am losing it man!

There is rain of approvals for cases having FPs done in 1st week of April ( congratulations to all approved !!) , while i see many approvable cases with Fps done in last week of March still pending .. see my signature .. ANY GUESSES what's going on ?? Who all are in similar situation ??
