same here Mine got approved yesterday and I got my Passport stamped ... but they said my wife has still not been transfered to the local office ... so they will interview her. The officer said it will be done in about 3 months. I'll keep yall posted.

is there any truth in the rumor that certain nationalities' 485 is transferred to local offices for interview even though it is employment based?

why ... do you know why it was transferred if it was employment based ? is it nationality, or some other thing. i have heard certain nationalities are getting interview notices even though they are employment based ....

This is all great .... First of all ... I really appreciate all the information in this thread. But as mentioned earlier by someone ... since there is no way of telling, if you have the "resumed" online msg, whether or not your name check has been done by FBI, what should trigger me to...

People, I have read too much information about calling and making sure that your name check has been done from FBI. Here is my question: How do you know that it has not been done? Because I dont want to call the FBI number and ask them about something that might have been already done...
