Try to contact of the case office of Senator's. It worked for me. My case was transfere on 8/12. I called the local office. They told me that they couldn't schedule an interview until mid-November, and might probably have mine schedule in Jan or Feb of 2005. After I contacted the senator case office, the interview was eventually scheduled at the end of October. The interview went very smoothly, following by approval and PP stamp.
The online message is still the old one, showing case has been transfered. Once the case is transfered to the local office, my understanding is that it will have little to do with USCIS online system.
