My wife used to work on H1B, but want start her own business with EAD. Can she do this? Does she need to apply H4? What if she works for more than 1 employer ( 1 used her H1B, another on EAD)? And I guess she can choose not to work although she has EAD, right? So she needs to be on H4? or...

OK, got a reply just now "Adjudication should occur within 6 weeks Thank You James A Williams Center Adjudication's Officer Div XII, California Service Center" what does this mean? anyone got same reply and hear any adjudication within 6 weeks? can I expect to update your guys with good news...

I sent an email to CSC-XII.485@dhs.gov last week but have not received anything for more than 1 week :rolleyes: But I saw other people in this forum getting reply very fast before. Just wonder whether anyone else is experiencing the slow down?

I too have not received FP notice, my I485 submitted in March 2005 to Apollo_13, Do you think it will help if I change my address to where the local ASC is not as busy? Would it cause any side effect? Thanks in advance!

my case # is 095536xx and AVM still says "received". I believe they have not updated AVM since Jan 18th :(
