Concurrent Filing in EB2 with own labor.
Labor Filed on : 01/31/02
Labor approved: 01/25/05

RD: 02/15/05
PD: 01/31/05

EAD: 04/04/05
AP : 03/24/05
FP (spouse):4/19/05
FP (mine) : 05/18/05 -- was out of country

Final approval 140 and 485 : 05/24/05
Cards mailed: 05/31/05
Cards received :06/03/05
There was no need to go for pp stamping.

no FP notice after submit I-485 3 month back?

My I-485 was submitted Mar 15th, but I have not got FP notice yet. :mad:
Any one experience the same? What can we do?

EB2 concurrent to CSC:
I140/I485 RD: 03/15/2005
I140/I485 ND: 03/18/2005
I-765 RD: 04/02/2005; AD:05/17/2005
 
My Dates

CSC 140/485 Concurrent
RD 03/02/2005
ND 03/04/2005

FP notice 03/22/2005
FP app 04/06/2005

My wife's 485 got updated as "FP received" 04/18/2005
No change on case status of my 485, only LUD 04/07/2005

140 case number never works for on-line status check

waiting for the lucky news ~~

it comes!! 140 AD 06/13/2005 (notice received, and case number shows up in the on-line checking system)
485 AD 06/14/2005 (Notice not received yet, email update)

seems they are still trying to concurrently process the concurrent cases. Good luck for all

CSC stopped concurrent processing ?

In other threads, some people are saying CSC stopped
concurrent processing of I-140, I-485.
What does this mean to us who filed 140,485 concurrently
if it's true ?

FP notice

Hi tgunukula,

I have filed 140 and 485 concurrent EB2
The receipt date is 5/27
Our cases are filed only with a day's difference. Please let me know when you receive FP notice. I am little worried because the postman at our place sometimes delivers mail in wrong slot. Also I see many instances where people did not receive the notice but it was sent by CSC.
 
can FP delay other steps in ?

If FP can hinder other steps of the I-140/485 process,
I should call USCIS and make sure no errors in FP for my case, don't I ?
