I think it would impact the processing of 485 at the least.. I dont think it effects the I 140 approval.

Here is what my current status of 485 reads after I did my FP :
"On XXX, 2005, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made."

Is there anyone who has filed for 140 & 485 in May 2005 and has received FP notice? Also can anyone tell about multiple FP notices?

YES, I filed on 3rd May and received on 4th and NSC.Please see my signature.

Is there a chance that NSC transfers my case to California since I stay in California. I had to file in NSC since my company & 140 was approved from there?
 
Any one has any idea how many days does it take for the 485 status on the web to get updated once you finish FP with the FP results or any information.

There seems to be slower FP notices for those who filed in April or later.
Could this be a sign of CSC slowing down ?
 
FP indeed looks like slowed down. However I see that in case of non-concurrent filing, FP notice is sent much fater. May be they are waiting for 140 to clear before starting 485 processing. Any thoughts?
 
See my details below. No LUD on my 485. Filed concurrently and I-140 approved with no LUD, no approval notification via e-mail, attorney received formal approval. 485 still pending. FP on schedule for 6/28
 
So from Sumesh's data, it indeed looks like they are waiting for 140 to approve before sending FP notice. Guys, can you verify this observation (the one's with concurrent filing and have received FP notice)? Thanks,

Did you check with CSC regarding your 485 status. Most probably it's already approved but did not get updated online. You could send an email to know the status.

No FP notice yet
When inquired told me that it was mailed on 4/19/05 to me and attorney. Neither of us received it.
Now they say they will mail "another" notice.
