I have been seeing lot of people asking when they will receive their FP notice, why they have not received it yet, why their friends have received but not him/her etc.....

In my experience, what I have observed is 'It depends on ASC and how busy they are, not just Service center'.

Even if you have applied your GC application in some other service center and live in some other state (may be some other service center) and provided your current address in your pending application, your FP notice arrival is dependent on your local ASC and their work load.

Please post your details if you have received your FP notice recently.

With your I-140/I-485 RD/ND, FP ND, FP appointment Date, Your ASC.

This would help others who are waiting for their FP to predict their FP notice.

I wanted to ask you if you had an LUD on your USCIS portfolio. I had my FP taken yesterday and I had an LUD today.

I got an e-mail response from CSC sayign they mailed my FP notice on 4/19/05. And neither me not my attorney have received it!!!! I may already be past scheduled date!!

I did FP by walking in to the ASC in Louisville, KY. I went in at 9am and finished at 10am. Very smooth experience!

I filed I-140 and I-485 concurrently on June 07th and i received FP notice yesterday - June 22nd. Is this normal? I do not even have my EAD - would that be a problem?

I believe that it is a good thing that you received your FP so quickly. Try to go early! Where are you originally from?
