No, I did not have any LUD on old approved I-131 (only one I-131 so far, approved sometime in Nov/Dec 06).

Got approved emails for me and two dependents @12.15 PM.

I got an email reply for my SR dated 06/07/07 on 07/18/07 which says that case is being actively processed. It took too long due to additional review and an expectation of another 6 months for the decision :mad:

I was told that because everything is clear, it may not take too long to make a decision. But when I asked if the visa is assigned and/or visa is available and/or if the case is with officer, the reply was no :confused: I wonder what may be the time frame of not too long in terms of uscis...

I did not have LUD on 07/07 but on 07/18,07/19. Also got a reply for my SR (dated 06/07) on 07/18 saying the case is actively being processed and took long time due to additional review. Don't know if the LUD's are due to SR reply.

Looks like Mumbai123 is approved today whose LUD changed on I-140 on 07/14/2007 and FP is current.
