Guys, we got magic email today at 9:00 PM night. Our case approved on 5/11/05. We made schedule for our PP stamping on Tuesday 5/17 We wish you all the best.

Our case has been approved yesterday and got email at 9:30 PM. I was able to make my and my wife appointment on Tuesday.

My attorney send RFE on 04/20/05 and RD 04/25/05. LUD 04/26/05, 04/27/05, 04/28/05. I called USCIS today at 1 800 and found my application is with the Officer. She told me I will takes few weeks. Do you know what is that means?

npanila, When did you get your RFE? What is RFE about? It is probably not save to go home while in RFE. If you send all the necessay docs to INS, It takes few days to get your approve. Best of Luck
