Got Approved I got my approval on July 10. My case was trasferred from CSC to NSC in March. The RD is April 2005

I did sent enquiry for 140. Got an reply after 1 week saying that my 140 was approved on july 6th. The email address is CSC-XII.140@dhs.gov Hope u all get ur approvals soon. Thanks

No I never made an enquiry on my 485..

I have sent email to csc-140 but have not recieved any reply as of yet. My PD is March 2002. And it appears on 140 approval notice.

140 Approved After 4 LUDs last week My 140 got approved. No change in the online message. 140 was approved on July 7th. Just got the approval notice from my lawyer.Priority date is of original labor. Very happy...... Feel relieved..!! Best of luck to u all....

I got the exact same LUDs on my 140 application. not 485.

Hi Green Whats your RFE? When did u recieve email abt RFE. I am also EB3. Got 3 LUDs on my 140 ..The most recent is today. No message change/No email yet. Could you please let me know if you have similar LUDs before recieving RFE email.

I got one more LUD today on my 140. No message change.. Not sure.. Whats the outcome of the LUD.. Waiting anxiously.....

I got a LUD on my 140 yesterday evening. I have not yet recieved the FP notice yet. My 140/;485 were filed concurrently under EB3. I am using substitute labor. Check my signature.. I am waiting for find out what must have caused the LUD. Either RFE or approval.. I will post no sooner i know...

My RD is Apr 29 for both 140/485. Recieved EAD and AP. No FP notice yet.. I don;t think CSC is processing any April Cases till now..

Please post if you 140 is touched at all.. So that we can track better..

Since you have a rfe on 140 your EAD and AP will not be approved unless ur 140 is approved. This has happened with many ppl in the forum..
