I140 Approved

;) Folks,
Got my I140 approved Today.Laywer sent me the email. Status han't changed online

Waiting for 485 though.

EB3..Own labor..

140: (RD)03/16/05, (LUD)04/26/05, (AD)06/10/05
485: (RD)o4/18/05, (LUD)04/20/05, (FP)05/06/05

I dont understand this...your 485 RD is 4/18 and mine is 4/15/05. But I still haven't got a FP notice. And my LUD for 485 (and 140) is 4/25/05. I just dont understand how this works.....

Wow, then they actually started touching petition filed
at the end of April despite the processing dates says
they're processing March 01..

This may be a stupid question (because I'm pretty new to this thing) but...
Is everyone required to be finger-printed ???
 
I have't received my EAD /AP , neither have received any kind of RFE for these applications. My RD is 04/04/2005 and INS is currently processing 05/16.

Any suggestions on what can be the reason?
 
Seems like in next 2 weeks our cases will be picked up for processing. Please post if u have any update on ur cases.

One more stupid question: If USCIS processing dates says March 01,
does it mean they finished processing petitions filed prior to this date ?
By "finish", I mean approval, denial or RFE..

it could be from one of the state you mentioned to a state that no one looked at the case at all.

You meant it's only a rough estimate and no gauranttes about petitions
filed prior to the published processing dates ?

meaning we never know!!, i saw several postings saying no change in their case status for cases filed in nov or dec 2004, but the dates have moved to March 11...

is your FP notice is true?. Mine was 5/25 (ND). I have not got FP notice. Little worried.

My ND is 5/10/2005 and have not recieved FP yet.
My lawyer says it could take 2 or more months before FP.
But mine is EB-1 which might make some differences.
I also read from other thread USCIS is little behiand in FPing.
