FP done on 04/22.

Has anyone like my case has got there AP/EAD? I need to travel by end of this month so eagerly waiting for AP.

Hmm,Seems like only i have't received the EAD/AP yet. Did it come directly to you or it went to your lawyer?

Also when i call up Customer service they say they are currently processing 6th of april and my case will be processed any time. But seems like you guys who have RD later then 6th of april has already received the EAD/AP.

Any idea why?

Here is my status so far.

EB2 CSC Center Concurrent Filling

I-140 RD 04/26 ND 05/6
I-485 RD 04/26 ND 06/6
I-131 RD 03/31 AD 05/27 Approved but did not receive them yet
I-765 RD 03/31 AD 06/03 Approved and received the cards 06/07

I have not received FP notice yet. Is this normal?
Do you guys know the current REALISTIC proccessing time for I-140/I-485?
BTW what is LUD?

Hope this is helpful.

I have a DWI case.....did everything by the books.....but it may trigger a name check. And then I dont know how long after that...maybe by my next incarnation....and if I am born as a US citizen....then all the effort would be a waste......
 
Any one applied 140 in april got LUD, approval or RFE? over a week ago March 15th cases were processed, so with the relative speed of processing it should be somewhere beginging of april, without a JIT we have to speculate the processing times :(

please share if you have any update...
 
Hi you wrote that LUD on your I140 is 6/3/05....the INS website shows last update on 5/18 ....where did u get the 6/3/05 information. Can you please let me know...

INS shows the processing times. They are processing 140 with Receipt date siometime in March. My 140 was filed in March 05. So they reviewed it and sent an email that an RFE has been sent out. This happened on 6/3/05. Clear ?
