Guys,

Have you seen any EB3 cases being approved, which were transferred to NSC in March 2007? I see the approvals for Feb 2007 transferred cases or directly NSC filed cases beyond my RD. What's their formula for the approvals? I am getting impatient now

Just an update on the case

I got another SR response from Congressman office that my NC is cleared as of Jun 2006 and FP is current. Just waiting for the review by officer. Two day's after this inquiry, it was assigned to the Officer and since then no activity on my case. I confirmed this two times that the case is in fact assigned to the officer...let's see, what's next.

Talked to Io@NSC again on 07/12

I just talked to IO at NSC and got the same information. She confirmed that the case has been assigned to an officer.

Q: How long it will take?
Ans: Officer might have 500 cases so it's not possible to guess.

Q: Is Visa Number assigned?
Ans: Can't vouch that information to you

Q: Is visa number available?
Ans: Same answer as above.

So, it was pretty much useless call except that I got the confirmation again that my case is assigned to the officer. ;)
