is your wife a student? student may not need EAD you mention that your wife need EAD for her higher studies. is she a student? a student may not need EAD for taking classes. I am not sure.

POJ, could you tell me what's last step for approve? is examiner reviewing last step? I was told 485 case are in transit to examination unit before REF issure(1/5/05), then was told 485 case is being reviewed by examiner after REF Ack (2/14/05). Thanks!

I recieved FP notices today from TSC, appointment time will be 11/27 for me and my wife, 11/26 for my son. could i have early FP in newark at next sat. morning. will they let me in the bulding if i bring the FP notice. any advise will be appreciated RD 4/2002 ND 5/2002
