approved but no notice no message change

I just received letter from congressman and was told that my case was approved on March 22. but no notice, no message change. call 1800. told that he have not found anything about approval.

Glad to see your approval. Congrats.
If you have a lawyer, use his/her services to initiate an inquiry. Or get an infopass appointment to your local service center and talk to them.

It took me a month to get my approval notice. Wait for 3-4 weeks and if you have not got it, contact your service center.

I did call 1800 and try to inquiry yesteday, but I was told that I can not inquery now since I did inquiry on April 1 (but no response so far). so I have to wait untill May 1.
i called congressman yesteday and congressman said that she will follow up for me. hope I can have notice soon.
